After a fatal love (forbidden marriage) between Frederick II. and Veronika Deseniška, her father imprisoned Friderik in the tower and drowned Veronika. Today, the tower has been newly renovated and offers a panoramic view of the city center and its surroundings.
2. Jožefov hrib - Jožefov hrib (Jožefov hrib) with the church of St. Joseph, built in 1681 as a sign of gratitude to the Almighty for protecting the townspeople from the plague, is also a great place for a view of the city.
3. Lookout tower on Miklavški hrib - The lookout tower above Celje (376 m above sea level), on Miklavški hrib, rewards its guests with beautiful views of the city surrounded by dreamy hills and mountains.
